If you have forgotten your username and password please fill out  the information requested below or come see me (Rm #54),  Rachel Rodriguez Garcia, to reset your password.  When you fill out the information in the Contact site manager, please include in the comments section the following information for a prompt response:

  • Your full name
  • Department
  • Room Number
  • Your off period
  • Your Ext. #
